Aziza's BALI BLISS Retreat is the perfect antidote to a busy life of schedules, obligations and restlessness. If you need a break, if you need to find balance, if you need to realign your energy back to yourself, if you are curious about a lifestyle infused with meaningful rituals, if you long for healing touch, yearn to behold beauty at every turn, if you just want to BE, come surrender to Bali Bliss, an Exotic Wellness Journey. We are introducing this 7-day BALI BLISS experience to focus on pampering, self-care and relaxation balanced with culture and insight. Our annual flagship Bali event, the 10-day Rediscover Your Self In Bali Retreat offered end of January, intensely supports personal growth, and is also balanced with relaxing activities and tours. We begin our BALI BLISS Wellness Journey just outside the artisan town of Ubud at Zen Bali Retreat, nestled in the lush green and quiet surrounding rice fields and jungle of Kumara. Handsomely appointed rooms offer private deck and air conditioning. There are two pools, a beautiful open air dining area, and spa facilities. We spend four nights here serenade by the tropical songs of nature in surround sound. Participate in a Hindu cleansing ceremony, walk to the Botanical Gardens, surrender to spa treatments, yoga, and explore Ubud for unforgettable Indonesian craft shopping. There are also temples, the Monkey Forest, exotic professional Balinese dance performances and exceptional art museums in Ubud to discover when you are sure you are done napping. We slip in time to reflect on personal awareness, allow insights to emerge and flourish in this exquisite Bali unfolding. We create, journal, and explore your heart's desire. Then off for more shopping or spa sprees! Aziza Healing Adventures Founder, Gestalt therapist and group facilitator, Laila Ghattas, annually offers wellness retreats on this emerald island for its unparalleled healing qualities. She creates a harmonious balance of culture, relaxation, care, nurturing and insight to ensure your BALI BLISS experience is one of rejuvenation and inspiration. Laila is available throughout the entire week for private therapy or Reiki sessions to help you integrate your awareness. On day four we pack up and travel north through stunning mountain scenery, visit Lake Batur, linger at a Buddhist temple, and then make our way to Gaia-Oasis Resort in Tejakula on the Bali Sea for our last three nights. Gaia Oasis is a truly tranquil hideaway, far from the road and bustle of town. Tastefully decorated bungalows boast garden bathrooms and sprawling verandah's that are a stone's throw from the sea where dolphins occasionally come to play. The sun rises on this side of the island, spilling gold light into our rooms, greeting us along with the first call for yoga. These days include additional spa treatments like Bali massage, body exfoliation, facials, and pedicures; gentle walks to rainbow circled waterfalls in the forest, ceremonial offering basket making class, authentic Balinese cuisine, snorkeling, traditional children's dancing performance, and fascinating international guests. As a special treat, the full moon joins us at Gaia, and in celebration we gather on the beach for bon fire and songs under the palms and stars to watch her rise into the twilight. All activities are voluntary, so you can listen to what you feel you really need at each turn, and choose what is best for you. Redefine 'Being' by checking in with what you really want or need at any time, and then follow the call of your Bali bliss. The retreat includes private time to integrate what you learn as you relax into the emerald magic surrounding us. Be prepared to live your life more fully than you dared to dream was possible. And please, linger in Bali for as long as you can! Maximum group size is 14. For Men and Women.
