IMPECCABLE LEADERSHIP: RELATIONSHIPS THAT WORK

A public speaking proposal

Relationships are the fundamental building block of life - at home and at work. We all know how distracting conflicts, unresolved issues and misunderstandings can be in any environment. Harmonious relationships free you up to feel better and to function optimally. Simply put, improved relationships improve quality of your life.

This session explores practical ways to achieve relationships that work, starting with ways to more positively relate to yourself. Interactive exercises develop proven tools to defend against doubt, fear and conflict. Your leadership shines when you model healthy relating skills. Achieving a cooperative environment reduces stress and absenteeism while improving productivity. Best of all, the advantages gained in this session bridge beautifully to relationships in your personal life.

Consider inviting humanity as well as profit into your workplace.

Dare to pioneer a compassionate approach to relating, leadership and life.

Laila,

"Impeccable Leadership & Compassion in the Workplace"

What can I say... several years later your seminar continues to be part of my daily life! I've had the pleasure to work for the same company for over 10 years. They’ve continued to challenge my knowledge and skills while supporting my desire to continue my professional/personal development. With the knowledge you brought into my life, which I’ve reflected upon so many times, I can honestly say I'm now happy.

Just recently my HR/Administration Department has asked me to co-present a "lunch and learn" session, an exchange in knowledge, on my time management skills and how I’ve balanced my work/life balance within our organization and into my personal life. I believe my past experiences would be very different today if I had not attended your workshops. Your topics continue to be relevant and would be of great benefit to any group in today’s work environment.

My world is balanced and you were a great part of putting me on the right path. Thank you.

As mentioned before you inspired a new word... "fantabulous" after presenting to the IAAP Toronto Chapter members last fall.

Stay "fantabulous"!

Laila,

I don't know where to begin....

I can honesty tell you that your session at the Executive Assistants conference has had the most impact on me. With that being said; I must also admit I was somewhat skeptical about your session when reading the brief blurb on the conference presenters before registering.

During your presentation, I felt a calm come over me, which intensified after the writing exercises. By allowing myself forgiveness, the ability to forgive others and by not taking things so personally, I have grown into a better person.

Over the past two weeks I’ve had colleagues, friends and family all mentioned that there was something different, some sort of peacefulness, about me but they just couldn’t put their finger on it.

Our firm has monthly training session for all administrative staff in Toronto and I've contacted our Business Administration group and have asked them to add your presentation to the 2005/2006 schedule.

Please take comfort in knowing I'm now one of those individuals in the corporate world bringing compassion into the workplace.
